Competitive:

All competitive coaches receive Honorariums and reimbursement for Hotel, Food, and Fuel of VA away tournaments

  • Head Coach Positions:
    • U14, U15, U17/18
  • Assistant Coach Positions:
    • U12, U14, U15, U17/18

Position Descriptions 

Competitive Head Coach:

Season starts with tryouts last week of November - Mid May
Plan and Practice 2-3 times per week 
We will help get you trained 
Head Coach previous experience required or must have been an athlete
All gyms are scheduled for you
Equipment use is given to you
Honorarium - negotiated
Weekend tournaments - 4 VA two day, 1 of your choice, 1 ours, Nationals? - Allowance for travel, food and hotel away tournaments of 2 or more days.

Competitive Assistant Coach:

Season starts with tryouts last week of November - Mid May
Practice 2-3 times per week 
We will help get you trained 
Previous experience or have been an athlete is as asset
All gyms are scheduled for you
Equipment use is given to you
Honorarium - negotiated
Weekend tournaments - 4 VA two day, 1 of your choice, 1 ours, Nationals? - Allowance for travel, food and hotel away tournaments of 2 or more days.

Recreation Program:

All recreation coaches receive Honorariums for the season

Program Coordinator open position

  • Head Coach Positions:
    • 1 of U11-U13 Group
    • 1 of U14-16 Group
  • Assistant Positions:
    • 1 of U11-U13 Group
    • 1 of U14-U16 Group

Season starts first school day in January - May
Practice one day a week 
Games/scrimmage/fun one day a week
1-2, one day local tournaments(s) per season
Previous experience as asset put will train
All gyms are scheduled for you
Equipment use is given to you
Honorarium - negotiated
So summary - twice a week (2hrs each) with 1 or 2 Saturday tournament (8 hr day) plus training and planning hours

Season starts first school day in January - May
