Step 2. VA Requirement - 2021 Youth Player
For insurance purposes you MUST register once yearly as a recreation player with VA.
Proof must be shown. Picture on cell is good.

All Athletes MUST Register with VA as a Recreational Player and show proof of payment.
Cost is $15.50
